Started in the home of William Loyne, a missionary, on Hill Street. Incorporated on July 7, 1877 and moved to the Jenness House at 16 Deer St. where it remained until the 1940s. Moved to a new facility built on Marginal Road (127 Parrott Ave.) on the South Mill Pond. Closed in 1989. |
