Philip J. Weeks and his wife, Joyce, are seen leaving Portsmouth District Court on Parrott Avenue after his arraignment on five felony charges. Weeks, and his daughter, Kimberly Weeks-Peckham, were each found guilty for mishandling funds from local non-profits. This included the Parrott Avenue Home for Aged Women, Portsmouth City Trust, and the Portsmouth Athenaeum where Weeks was the treasurer and Weeks-Peckham was the assistant treasurer.
