    Susan Halliburton, widow of James Pierrepont Haliburton, lived at 25 Islington Street, Portsmouth. Her papers reflect both the income received from rents and investments of her former husband and money paid out for living expenses such as home maintenance, heat, groceries, and doctors' bills. As she aged, her business affairs were managed by Georgina Halliburton and G.W. Haven.
