Group photograph of Judith "Judy" Bunnell, left, and Patricia Lynch, two employees of the Portsmouth Housing Authority (PHA), as they stand near a housing authority informational table with posters and papers explaining the organization, possibly at city hall or a school, Portsmouth, NH. Negative. At the time, Bunnell was in charge of tenant services, and Lynch was the project manager for the elderly. Other posters included photos and titles for the following PHA employees: Walter J. Murphy, executive director; Joan W. Goodwin, administrative assistant; Timothy J. Connors, director of housing; Beatrice Goodwin, admissions officer; Joseph Vinciguerra, project manager for Gosling Meadows; and John McDonough, the leased housing manager. Another poster describes the community services provided by PHA including senior meals, health services, summer camps, and crafts programs. |
