On the scrapbook page "Portsmouth Headquarters," this photograph was alongside a handwritten note [transcribed below] by Roselynn Carter on "Mrs. Jimmy Carter, Plains Georgia 31780" letterhead, dated Feb. 4, 1976, Dear Leo, Thank you so much for all your help last week when I was in Dover and Portsmouth.
