Snapshot of Chef James "Buddy" Haller, left, who serves as a judge for a catering contest held at the U.S.S. Portsmouth Commission Reception. The contest and reception was presented by the Maritime Heritage Commission in a tent in the Portsmouth area. At right, the two people with their backs to the camera might be James Barker Smith and his wife, Margaret Tasher Smith. Photograph was removed from the 1983 scrapbook in the MS076 Blue Strawbery Scrapbook Collection, 1970-1994. |
