View of 25 Richmond Street (building at left), Portsmouth, NH. Owner-occupied by Leslie A. Ramsay Sr., the property was identified as Parcel A-4-6 by the Portsmouth Housing Authority's South End Urban Redevelopment Project. According to the report, the home was "poor but liveable" with two bedrooms and possibly three bathrooms, but just washstand and toilets (no bath). Full report submitted by Reginald P.
