Description |
J.F. Adams and Langdon Perkins at the Farm -- Sagamore. Ralph L. Reinewald, who lived at 27 Washington Street, Portsmouth, was bandmaster of the US Naval Band at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and a music teacher in Portsmouth. Daughter Alice Reinewald (1883-1943) married Asa Chapman Craig(1881-1965) in 1906. They were the parents of Lawrence Reinewald Craig, born 1908, a proprietor at the Portsmouth Athenaeum. Asa Craig and son Lawrence ran the Portsmouth Flower Shop. They were both active in the Unitarian-Universalist Church. It seems probably that Mrs. Reinewald, Mrs. Place and Mrs. Adams were all sisters. |
