View of building known as Hough House at 23-25 Liberty on the corner of Liberty and Jefferson streets, Portsmouth, NH. Owner-occupied by James P. and Mildred P. Pecunies, the property was identified as Parcel A-1-3 by the Portsmouth Housing Authority's South End Urban Redevelopment Project. Second occupant was Celia Bureau. Full report submitted by Reginald P. Kennard on September 28, 1955. There are several unidentified people (also known as Puddle Dockers) seen walking through the neighborhood. Today, the building is known as Hough House in Strawbery Banke Museum. Copy image of P0010_022 and comes from the contact sheet P0010_090.
