View of the Cutter House at 60 Congress Street (later 154 Congress) on the corner of Middle Street, Portsmouth, NH. Undated. Below and handwritten in pencil is the caption, "Cutter." Dr. Ammi Cutter died in 1820, but his son Jacob Cutter later owned the property. Jacob died in 1857, and in 1876, the estate of Jacob Cutter still owned the property. Building was demolished in 1956. |
