Foster Co., Inc., as part of the original Sales Study (Original) for the Acquisition Appraisal for the Vaughan Street Project, Portsmouth Urban Renewal, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Each sale was selected for "the purpose of assisting in the determination of land value within the area of the taking." According to the report (Land & Building Sale #45), Edwin H. Kimball sold the property to Eugene P. & Jeanne F. Soles on October 19, 1962. On the typescript report under the comments section is the following: "Close to central business district. One-way traffic with parking on opposite side." |
