Property abutted the Vaughan Street Parking Lot. Image and report (see link) was for Parcel 12-13 in the "Appraisal Report and Valuation Analysis for the Portsmouth Housing Authority, N. H. R-10 - Vaughan Street Project, Portsmouth, New Hampshire" report by Ralph S. Foster Co., Inc. Date of appraisal was March 17, 1967. Parcel 12-13 was owned by Alice E. Sanford, and the entire building was demolished during the Vaughan Street Urban Renewal Project. On the typescript report, the building was estimated to be about 75 years old, and the interior was described as in good condition. |
