Plaque reads as followed: To the glory of God and for the service of man this hospital was built in the year of our lord eighteen hundred and ninety five / At the time of its erection its largest benefactors had been George Bilbruck, Franklin R. Bragdon, Frank Jones, Marian Fendall Wendell endowing the Anne Catherine Tredick Fendall Room / Its trustees were Henry E. Hovey (president), John S. Rand (treasurer), T. Salter Treddick, John Hatch, Edward P. Kimball, Lucius H. Thayer, Alfred L. Elwyn, Woodbury Langdon, Frank Jones, John W. Parsons, Jeremiah A. Farrington. |
