Description |
Unidentified people, possibly Susanna Coolidge with her sons John (left) and Paul (right), at the Hennery, Little Harbor Road, Portsmouth, NH. Nitrate Film. The nitrate film envelope had the name "McDonald" [possibly Daphne Baybutt McDonald, great-granddaughter of John Templeman Coolidge Jr. (1856-1945)] and within the grouping of 45 images may be from the McDonald family. The Coolidge family owned the Hennery (seen in many of the images) on Little Harbor Road in Portsmouth, NH, until 1955 when John Templeman Coolidge Jr. (1888-1969) and his wife Susannah Cunningham Coolidge (1890-1986) sold it to the Blythe family. Image scanned from nitrate film. Only a digital copy exists. |
