The property was identified as Parcel B-21-03 by the Portsmouth Housing Authority, and at time of report, duplex was owned by Justin Hanscom & Susan B. Marvin. Image comes from a contact sheet [P0010_090] of various South End properties surveyed by Reginald P. Kennard for the Portsmouth Housing Authority South End Urban Redevelopment Project in both Parcel A and Parcel B. An unidentified young assistant (possibly Kennard's son Reginald Jr.) stands off to the side on Howard Street. There is an unidentified woman and boy on porch. Full reports for properties in Parcel A can be found within this collection (P0010 & MS080). This image was from a property in Parcel B, and the Athenaeum does not have full reports for Parcel B. |
