Owned by Columbus J. and Lorraine Marconi, the property was identified as Parcel A-8-2 by the Portsmouth Housing Authority's South End Urban Redevelopment Project. Full report submitted by Reginald P. Kennard on September 28, 1955. In the background is the non-extant Pecunies family home at 90 Mast Street.
