View of Capt. Edward H. Adams gundalow now under construction at Adams Point, Durham, NH. The following is from the WPA Gundalow Survey: Bow and stern logs having been shaped and held in place by shores, the planking of the sides has been carrried up nearly to deck level. The land beyond is in Newington, NH, and is now part of the Great Bay Wildlife Refuge. |
