Photographs within a scrapbook kept by Frank Reda during World War II while he was stationed at Camp Langdon (Fort Constitution) in New Castle, NH. Photographs include the group of soldiers stationed at Camp Langdon with Reda (see list of last names in People search area). There is an identified photograph of the entire group of soldiers. Collection also includes general photographs around downtown Portsmouth and at the Wentworth Hotel. There are also photographs of a German submarine in the Piscataqua River. Photos also include soldiers working on and cleaning mines.
The photographs were left in place with the scrapbook and the journal kept by Frank Reda. Photographs can be found in archival single items and small collections (S0807).
