Deed from John Rindge, who died intestate, to Thomas Rindge Rogers, November 9, 1787, for land in the Point Graves area of Portsmouth. Notes the "ferry-way," "Langdon's Tan Yard," and the "burying place of John Cutt," as well as a dwelling house, wharves, etc.
