In 1861, brothers Lewis G. (1833-1909) and Charles (1836-1911) Davis formed a partnership and advertised their services as Daguerrean artists and opened a studio on Daniel Street. They later had a Daguerrean Gallery in the Exchange Block on Pleasant Street. |
