Receipt roll, lists 111 enlisted men in John B. Walbach's Company in the US Artillery (War of 1812). Pay is for military service from May 1 to June 30, 1814. Walbach commanded a company at Fort Constitution from 1806 to 1818, although he personally was on detached duty elsewhere as a temporary colonel in 1813-1814. Includes many local last names.
