S0917 - Schooner Charming Molly Shipping Agreement
Agreement between Zachery Foss, master of the Schooner Charming Molly, John Stavers and Bart Gooding and King George. Agreement is for 1000 pounds sterling in exchange for taking on board provisions and "warlike stores" to be delivered to Newfoundland or Nova Scotia. During this time Provincial Papers show that ships were contracted to take provisions to Nova Scotia and to help deport Acadians to Louisiana.
