Translation of Marcus Tullius Cicero's "Cato Major, or his discourse of old age," by Rev. Samuel McClintock (1732-1804) of Greenland, N.H. Dated circa 1800. The document was originally donated to the Mercantile Library Association in Portsmouth, N.H., by Capt. John McClintock in 1853. The Mercantile Library collection later given to the Portsmouth Public Library.
