Bill of sale between William Rice, attorney for William Dennett, of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and John Cole of Kittery, Maine, for the "Chebacco Boat Sally." Dated May 7, 1816. Note by donor with document: "Chebacco Boat Sally a pink sterned vessel with William Rice's bowsprit and no figurehead. 1/2 interest sold by Rice to John Cole of Kittery, Maine May 7, 1816. Rice acting as atty for Capt. William Dennett (owner)."
