Records of architect Philip H. Kendrick, who renovated several historic buildings in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Drawings, plans and correspondence are provided for the Dr. Samuel Clark residence, 40 Howard Street; Langley-Boardman house, 152 Middle Street; National Gypsum Offices, Atlantic Heights; Oar House Restaurant, Ceres Street; condominium development, 3 Hancock Street; the Warner House, 12 Daniel Street and the Benjamin Webster Tenant House on State Street. Kendrick's architecture firm, Kendrick and Malone, P.A., was located at 40 Winter Street, Rochester, New Hampshire, in the 1980s.
