Object Name Badge, Police
Description A small, brass-colored police commissioner's badge. At top of the badge is an eagle holding a banner that reads, "Commissioner" in its talons. Below the eagle is a circle inscribed, "Police/Portsmouth/N.H.". Inside circle is the seal of the state of New Hampshire. On back of pin is the inscription "John/P./Loughlin/6-28-65".
