S1306 - Sally Crockett, 1925-1950

News releases and power company publications about activities at the NH Power Company during the time Sally Crockett worked there. Includes a letter from Wesley Powell, governor of NH, and two war bonds. Sally Crockett was born in Concord, NH, c1906. In 1913 her family moved to Portsmouth where she attended the Portsmouth public schools, graduating from Portsmouth High School in 1923. After studying secretarial science at Boston University, she returned to Portsmouth and worked at the New Hampshire Electric Company (now Public Service Company of New Hampshire), for 45 years. She was a long-term member of the Unitarian / Universalist Church. She resided at 214 Aldrich Street, Portsmouth.
