Description |
Enrico and Rosa Moroncelli Bizzocchi, taken at their home on Jackson Street, Portsmouth, NH. The house immediately behind them was owned by Jake Goldstein but rented by the Hackett family. Mr. Hackett drove a coal wagon with a team of horses, making deliveries for C.E. Walker Coal Company. Jake Goldstein had a junk yard situated on lower Vaughn Street, behind the two houses shown in this photo. The second house was occupied by the Gardner family. They were a large family that made great music together. Two of the family members were Herbie and Billy Gardner. |
